Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once we have finished creating content, we will organise the footage and make sure everything is ready to be edited together. We aim for a 7 day turn around to finish your content, however this may vary depending on the project.

  • Of course you can, if you’re a monthly content client just drop us a message we will get it sorted.

    For one off content, we will send over 2 drafts before the final version is delivered, any changes required after this stage will incur a fee.

  • Our monthly content plans follow a very simple method of working.

    When you sign up, you'll be onboarded to our client portal and we will arrange a date for our first shoot.

    Once we have finalised all of the content and it has been delivered, we will then arrange a date for the next month and so on!

    The monthly content plans are aimed for social media, mainly for Instagram, YouTube & TikTok. We unfortunately can’t offer larger projects through our tiers, but if you require us for more than social media content, please drop us a message.

  • We send alll of our content via DropBox. Each client will receive their own unique folder where all of their content will be stored. We have tried various different methods and this one is the quickest and more user friendly.

  • Monthly Members

    The payments are made via a secure payment site called Stripe. We don’t tie you into a fixed term contract, we recommend 3 months as a minimum but you can cancel your subscription whenever you like as we believe in the value of the service.

    Full payments are made via a direct debit each month on a rolling basis, which secures your shooting days for the following month. If you cancel with short notice (3 days prior to the shoot) then you will unfortunately miss your booking with no refund. If you cancel with more than 3 days notice we will happily reschedule this to another date that suits.

    Non-Monthly Members

    We will send you a quote for your project and if you’re happy to proceed then we will require a 50% deposit before we start shooting. Once we have completed shooting, this is where the remaining 50% is collected. We will then begin the editing process to finalise your project.

  • We can travel anywhere you require us to! Travel up to 20 Miles from Leigh (WN7) is included in the price of our services. For any work above 40 miles total, we will have to charge extra but this will be discussed in the early stages!
